Success of the first edition of the Art de Vivre Festival
15/09/2021
The first edition of the Art de Vivre Festival, which took place last weekend (September 11 and 12) at the Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa in Soldeu, was a complete success of attendance and participation. Organized by the Baron Epicurean’s Club, the Andorra Sotheby’s International Realty team was present as the Champagne Barons de Rothschild Ambassadors of Excellence.
The synergies between Latin America and Andorra stood out from minute one thanks to the culture of tobacco and the quality of artisan products from both territories. Thus, fans of cigar, cognac, coffee and chocolate met during the weekend in master classes where the producers themselves explained how each of the products is made and tasted. The brands Davidoff, Montes, El Viejo Continente, Plasencia, Vegas de Santiago, Skull 77, Casa Turrent, Horacio, Xocland, Plantation, Citadelle, Cognac Ferrnad and Magatzems Coma participated.
Ambassadors of Excellence
Although Andorra Sotheby’s International Realty was present throughout the weekend with details to the attendees, it was during the gala dinner -in charge of chef Francis Paniego- where the guests were able to listen to our speech as collaborators and sponsors. Thus, they were informed about our services for the sale of properties and profitability of assets (through traditional rental, surplus value, advice and project management) in more than 75 countries and territories around the world; and special emphasis was placed on the full advisory services and legal processing that we offer in the Principality of Andorra with its fiscal characteristics. In the same way, the new developments Ordino Villas Mountain Resort and Escala Penthouses were highlighted, and RETREATS was presented, a luxury villa rental model with concierge service that allows owners to obtain profitability from them.
The Festival passed naturally and following strict security measures. All participants presented a certificate with the complete vaccination schedule, a recovery certificate proving having passed the disease in the last 6 months or a negative test approved by the Ministry of Health in less than four hours.
