Steps of the purchasing process

- Signature and reservation of the property | The buyer and seller sign a reservation agreement and the buyer submits to the seller a deposit as a gesture of good faith. At that time, the seller takes the property off the market for an agreed period of time, and the notaries then begin the next phase, in preparation for the signing of the sale agreement.
- Processing and preparation of the deed of sale | The notaries draw up the necessary documents and the preparations are made for the signing of the property sale agreement.
- Signing of the agreement | The deed of sale is signed by both parties and the remainder of the sale price of the property is paid. The buyer takes possession of the property and the notary records the signed deed in the corresponding registry.
